Black swan the movie has won the best picture oscar for 2011. There was tough competition as there other great movies like true grit, the king's speech, inception, the fighter, the kids are alright, and 127 hours. Well many critics had said that it was unlikely for black swan to win. But to many's surprise the best movie of the year 2011 was black swan. The actress Natalie portman and Mila Kunis also came to the stage to the receive the award.

Other movies did give tough competition and many believed that inception had more chance of winning it then other movies. And some said that The king's speech also had a chance. But the oscar award 2011 for best movie for Black Swan was really something majority was not expecting it.
